Please note that the following policy applies in situations where a Buy X Get X (BOGOF) promotion is active and one of the items becomes out of stock:

1.Exchange Option (Primary Resolution)
Offer the customer an exchange for an alternative item from the approved offer list only.

  • If the replacement item has a higher price, the customer must pay the price difference.

2.Coupon Compensation (If Exchange Is Declined)
If the customer declines the exchange, offer a 30% discount coupon for their next purchase with the following conditions:

  • Valid only on the same brand included in the original BOGOF offer.
  • Cannot be combined with any other promotions or coupons.
  • Not applicable on items already discounted or on sale.

3.Return & Refund (Final Resolution)
If the customer declines both options above:

  • Offer a return of the received item(s).
  • A full refund will be processed after successful quality inspection.
